2nd Annual Hughesville 10K & Street Festival

Sponsorship
There are three opportunities for local businesses to be a part of this event. In addition to showcasing your business at the festival, there is an opportunity to advertise your business through sponsorship of the event and providing items for the runners' goody bags. All sponsors, level bronze and above will be listed on t-shirts provided to the participants in the 10K Run, 5K Run/Walk and the 1K Kids’ Fun Run, acknowledged, publicly, during the event, and in all possible advertisements. T-Shirts will also be on sale to attendees of the event as a souvenir to remember the day.
We welcome cash donations, gift certificates, and in-kind support. With radio, newspaper and internet coverage, your sponsorship is highly visible. In addition, all proceeds will benefit the Hughesville Volunteer Fire Department and the Southern Maryland Food bank. We offer these sponsor levels:
PLATINUM: $1,000 or more
Your name and logo go “above the title” on all publicity, at the start/finish line, on the website, and on the commemorative t-shirt given to all participants. You get (2) complimentary race entries upon request, and personal delivery of t-shirts and thank-yous.
GOLD: $500 or more
Your name and logo on all our publicity, at the start/finish line, website, fliers, and on the back of the commemorative t-shirts. You get (2) complimentary race entries upon request, and personal delivery of t-shirts and thank-yous.
SILVER: $250 or more
Your company name on the website, flier, and t-shirt; and a complimentary race entry.
BRONZE: $100 or more
Your company name on the website and t-shirt. Your employees get $10 off the race entry fee.
